Le Cirque
James Davella was instrumental in the design and relocation of the storied Le Cirque 2000 from the Palace Hotel on Madison Avenue, to their new location in the new Bloomberg Tower.
We worked closely with Sirio Maccioni and family as well as the design architect, Adam Tihany of Tihany Design. We provided full food service design and consulting from conceptual planning through post-occupancy. The main dining room and bar lounge are supported from an exhibition kitchen with a hand-made French cooking suite.
