NEW YORK — As construction rises at 70 Hudson Yards, the project is already being recognized as one of the most significant workplace developments currently underway in New York City. Anchored by Deloitte’s future U.S. headquarters, the tower reflects a broader evolution taking place across commercial real estate.
Davella Studios is proud to support Deloitte and Gensler as part of the project team helping bring this next-generation workplace environment to life.
Developed by Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group and designed by Gensler in collaboration with Roger Ferris + Partners, 70 Hudson Yards will deliver approximately 1.4 million square feet of Class AA office space and is expected to become New York City’s first zero-carbon-emissions skyscraper. Deloitte will occupy more than 800,000 square feet within the tower as part of its new headquarters relocation.

What makes the project particularly notable is its emphasis on hospitality-driven workplace design. Planned amenities include conferencing and event spaces, private dining facilities, wellness-focused environments, media and podcast studios, outdoor terraces, employee lounges, and hospitality-style experiences more commonly associated with luxury hotels than traditional office buildings.
Across the workplace sector, leading organizations are increasingly investing in environments designed to foster connection, collaboration, and employee engagement. As companies continue redefining the purpose of the office, foodservice, hospitality, and amenity strategy are becoming critical components of how workplace environments function and perform.

Davella Studios has been front and center at this intersection between workplace experience and hospitality, as it has long been at the core of our approach. Projects like 70 Hudson Yards represent the future of workplace design, and where hospitality is no longer an amenity but an essential part of how people work, gather, and connect.
We are honored to contribute to a project helping shape the next chapter of workplace hospitality in New York City.
